Below are my current course offerings in the Department of Human Science at Georgetown University:
Human Biology (HSCI 101/102)Human Biology serves as the introductory biology course for all incoming Human Science, Nursing, and other School of Health Pre-Med students. The course is largely lecture based and moves through levels of organization of the human body, beginning with small molecules and working up to organ systems. An understanding of the key anatomy and physiology is emphasized. Laboratory experiences allow for a more in depth look at anatomy and scientific methodology.

Health Topics in Neuroscience (HSCI 305)Health Topics in Neuroscience is an upper division elective course. It is a seminar style course, largely student led. Each week we explore a different Neuroscience topic as it pertains to human health. An emphasis is placed on analyzing current scientific literature as well as developing critical communication skills.
